Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease a 2-quart casserole dish.

  2. 2

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes.

  3. 3

Add ground pork and cook until browned, breaking up any clumps, about 5 minutes.

  4. 4

Stir in soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, white pepper, carrots, and half the green onions. Cook for 3 more minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

  5. 5

In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk (or coconut milk), salt, and black pepper until blended.

  6. 6

Stir in the pork mixture, remaining green onions, and half the cilantro.

  7. 7

Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden.

  8. 8

Let cool 5 minutes before garnishing with the remaining cilantro. Slice and serve warm.
